FYSA is a place that changes over time — and with the people who live it.
In the morning, the scent of specialty coffee. At midday, the unhurried pace of brunch. In the afternoon, the delicacy of French pastries and the slow ritual of Chinese tea. In the evening, Italian aperitivo — and soon, weekend cocktails.
Three cultures, one philosophy: care. In hand-picked beans, in leaves infused at the right temperature, in the layered butter of a well-made croissant, in the clear ice of a signature Negroni.

Yes, you're very welcome: free Wi-Fi and comfortable tables. Weekdays, Monday to Friday, are the best time — quieter, with more tables free.

Yes: coffee, iced latte, americano (hot or iced) and matcha are all available to take away, in a FYSA cup. We're a 1-minute walk from the Metro A Ponte Lungo exit — order at the counter and you're on your way.
